Used to serve your farm
We use your data to run AcreLight, support your account, improve product quality, keep the service secure, and power your private agent.
Read-only and revocable
You authorize the Deere connection through your own account. AcreLight requests read-only access and cannot edit Operations Center records. You can revoke access from Deere at any time.
Only the useful context
Deterministic tools calculate farm facts. The agent receives the smallest useful context to explain those facts. Cloud and model providers may process limited data under contract to provide the service.
Take results with you
Tables and derived results can be exported from AcreLight. Self-serve deletion is still being built; email support to request deletion and we will confirm the affected account data and next steps.
You choose who can see it
Advisor and dealer access is limited to the people and scope your account chooses. One customer's data is never used to answer another customer's question.
